1. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or, where offered, annually — to the payment method on file, through our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. The Free plan is not charged.
2. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will not be able to refund a renewal simply because you forgot to cancel, except as stated below or as required by law.
3. How to Cancel
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription in the app, or by contacting support@annelisetutor.com.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period.
- After you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
4. Refunds
All purchases are final. Subscription fees — monthly and annual — are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel from Settings → Subscription (see Section 3) to stop future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; the current and prior periods are not refunded.
- Free plan: never charged, so no refunds apply.
- Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact support@annelisetutor.com and we will investigate and correct any genuine error.
Any refund required by law, or issued to correct a billing error, is processed to the original payment method through the Merchant of Record and may be subject to that provider’s timelines and policies. This Policy does not limit any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
5. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give advance notice of any price increase that would affect your renewals, and the new price will apply only to billing periods after the notice period. You can cancel before a change takes effect if you do not agree.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@annelisetutor.com first so we can help quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
